We offer thermal, non-thermal, and card machine rolls in various sizes and quantities to suit all types of receipt printing machines.

Do you offer bulk pricing or trade discounts?

Can I track my order once it’s been shipped?
Absolutely! After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can easily monitor its progress until it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free UK mainland shipping on all orders, with additional options for Next Working Day Delivery at a low cost, depending on weight.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the UK mainland are typically delivered within 2-4 business days. For Next Working Day delivery, we’ll ensure your rolls arrive by the next working day if you place the order before our daily cutoff.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (excluding the Highlands). We plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
While we don’t offer specific date scheduling at this time, we ensure Next Working Day Delivery for orders placed before our cutoff time, and our delivery partners provide estimated arrival windows.
What shipping options do you offer?
Free UK Mainland Shipping: Available on all orders with no minimum spend.
Next Working Day Delivery:
- 1–24kg: £2.97 (inc. VAT)
- 25–110kg: £5.93 (inc. VAT)
- 111kg+ (Free)
Note: Orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time for next-day delivery.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for any unused and unopened items. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How do I return a product?
To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Request Form on our website or contact our support team to arrange the return. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure it’s hassle-free.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Will I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or we made an error with your order. Please keep the receipt and tracking number for your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
